公司建設(shè)有3條PLC全智能中頻淬火、回火熱處理生產(chǎn)線，3條無心車削、倒角、矯直壓光銀亮材生產(chǎn)線，3條無心研磨銀亮材生產(chǎn)線。目前公司年熱處理能力10萬噸，車削加工能力10萬噸，精磨鍍鉻加工能力5萬噸，成品錨栓1萬噸。

熱處理產(chǎn)品規(guī)格：?20-120mm、長度 3500-160000mm；   銀亮材產(chǎn)品規(guī)格：?12-160mm、長度 2500mm 以上；

磨光鍍鉻棒規(guī)格：?10-200mm、長度不限；  圓盤鋸下料規(guī)格：?10-70mm、長度不限；

交貨狀態(tài)：退火、正火、調(diào)質(zhì)熱處理、無心車削、矯直壓光、倒角、滾絲、無心磨、表面鍍鉻。
